Shivam is a seasoned street, documentary, and travel photographer with over eight years of experience capturing the essence of India through his lens. Born in Varanasi and raised in Kolkata, his deep-rooted connection to these culturally rich cities has shaped his perspective and storytelling approach.

Having successfully mentored over 250 photographers and conducted more than 40 photography tours and workshops across India, Shivam has built a reputation for helping photographers refine their skills in real-world environments. His expertise lies in navigating the dynamic streets of India, where he teaches photographers how to anticipate moments, compose compelling frames, and tell powerful visual stories.

Shivam has primarily worked with the Leica Q series and now shoots with the Leica M11-P, continuing to document India in its most authentic form.
